Love this excerpt from Roger Federer's commencement speech at Dartmouth: "In the 1,526 singles matches I played in my career, I won almost 80% of those matches. Now, I have a question for all of you... what percentage of the points do you think I won in those matches? Only 54%. In other words, even top-ranked tennis players win barely more than half of the points they play. When you lose every second point, on average, you learn not to dwell on every shot... You want to become a master at overcoming hard moments. That to me is the sign of a champion."

Thanks for sharing Rob G. I recently gave a speech titled 'The Beat Goes On.' In essence, most of life is 'failure,' a mastery of what doesn't work. Learning from failure - and inching forward - is what life is about!

On May 16 I'll be running in the American Heart Association Wall Street Run. I'd like your help in surpassing my fundraising goal for the important work of the AHA (donate below!), and your encouragement in setting a personal record for 5k.
