Congratulations to HANWHA Q CELLS USA INC for reaching a major milestone with the completion of their 3.3 GW module production line in Cartersville, GA! The Cartersville factory will source encapsulant film ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) from the soon-to-be-completed Hanwha Advanced Materials Georgia (HAGA) facility. Our Bohler Atlanta team is proud to have provided the site civil engineering design and permitting services for this project, set to wrap up next month.This cutting-edge facility will position Hanwha as North America's sole company, producing all key components of the solar supply chain by 2025. Central 9 is more than just a logistics hub—it's a testament to the power of innovative public-private partnerships. This 800-acre development in Old Bridge delivers substantial community benefits, including $35M in offsite improvements like a new 18-hole municipal golf course and critical traffic upgrades. We're thrilled to share that Fabrica Lofts has received the Paul & Niki Tsongas Award, the highest honor from Preservation Massachusetts, for outstanding historic preservation! This adaptive reuse project, developed by Trinity Financial, Inc., transformed the historic Marriner Mill into 87 affordable multifamily units.
